Loren Claypool, VCPI’s Managing Director, has been awarded the opportunity to serve and provide strategic guidance on the Oracle Healthcare Client Advisory Board
Oracle brings comprehensive, end-to-end solutions to the healthcare industry to support best practices and decrease costs. Loren has been identified as a key customer who has demonstrated support and commitment to Oracle Healthcare, and has been helpful in providing valuable feedback on their product direction.
Loren will join a select group of senior professionals who provide objective, outside-in thinking and continuous focus on core business and industry on the Oracle Healthcare Client Advisory Board. The Client Advisory Board are to share and gain feedback in order to gain a better understanding on how they see the healthcare industry changing, especially in light of the Stimulus Package in Washington which contains strong HIT implications. The Client Advisory Board will also discuss Oracle’s current Healthcare solutions and concepts and guide Oracle on future innovations.
The Oracle Healthcare Client Advisory Board will meet up to two times per year as well as have calls from time to time regarding specific product issues. Their first meeting will be held in Chicago, March 18-19.
Loren Claypool has more than 28 years experience as a business and technology leader and is currently both CIO of Extendicare Health Services, Inc., and Managing Director of VCPI.
